SHIPMENTS
To ensure acceptance of a shipment from Replogle by the receiving
party, Wowshopper is taking measures to avoid refusal of
globes sent as gifts. It is absolutely necessary that for all orders received by Wowshopper, the recipient's name is the same as the name of the person
purchasing the globe. This is to prevent the refusal of unknown packages and avoid return shipping charges that may be incurred.
FREIGHT TERMS
F.O.B. Factory, in Broadview, IL. This means possession of and
responsibility for the merchandise is transferred to the buyer when
loaded onto the truck. Shipping method: UPS, FedEx, Common
Carrier. We do not ship C.O.D. or via the US Post Office. Customer
responsible for any additional freight charges, including but not
limited to inside delivery, residential delivery, requests for specific
delivery times, reconsignments and power-lift gate charges, which
may be billed after initial invoicing.
CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE
"Concealed Loss or Damage" means the contents of your package(s)
may have been damaged in transit due to rough handling even
though the carton may not show external damage. If concealed
damage is discovered, make a written request for inspection by the
carrier's agent within 15 days of the delivery date and file a claim
with the carrier.
VISIBLE DAMAGE
Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on
the Bill of Lading (freight bill) or Express receipt and signed by
the carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe such external
evidence of damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a
"Damaged" claim. The form to file such a claim is provided by
the carrier. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO
WOWSHOPPER OR REPLOGLE GLOBES, INC.
SHORTAGES
If the number of cartons in a delivery does not match the total
number of cartons stated on the Bill of Lading/freight bill, it
should not be accepted until the shortage is noted on the Bill of
Lading/freight bill. If the order is accepted and the Bill of Lading
is not noted no further recourse can be taken. The delivery was
accepted short.
RETURN GOODS POLICY
Wowshopper/Replogle assumes no responsibility for merchandise returned
without an authorization number from the factory. Claims for loss
or damage should be made directly with the delivery carrier.
Defective merchandise may be returned to Replogle ONLY WITH
PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. All packages returned without an RMA#
are subject to refusal. To make a return, please contact Wowshopper's
Customer Service (Tel: 562-623-1847) and request a RMA# or use our online form here. All other requests for
returning merchandise are subject to a $15 minimum or 25%
(whichever is greater) Restocking Charge and must be shipped
freight PREPAID.
